Six Sigma

According to Peter Pande, et al, in his book The Six Sigma Way: Team Fieldbook, there are 6 main components of the concept of Six Sigma as a business strategy:
1. Really put the customer: as we discover together, customers not only mean the buyer, but it could also mean our colleagues, the team that received the results of our work, government, public service users, etc..
2. Management is based on data and facts: not based on opinion, or opinion without foundation.
3. Focus on process, management and improvement: Six Sigma depends our ability to understand the process that combined with good management to make improvements.
4. Proactive management: the role of leaders and managers is critical to success in making changes.
5. Collaboration without borders: the cooperation between the teams that should be seamless.
6. Always pursuing perfection.
